Melissa Suzanne George hails from Australia and is a businesswoman, inventor also an actor and model. After beginning her career back at home, Melissa Sue George ended up achieving success in Hollywood. George is an Perth native and has always been interested initially in skateboarding and dance. In 1992, she started modeling while still just in her teens. She was voted the Western Australian teens' Model of the Year. On the show the Seven Network's Home and Away, she was first seen on screen the next year. Her debut on the big screen was in Dark City, a mystery thriller. Then she played a variety of role roles as a support on films including Alias The Limey or Down with Love. In 2005, she made her first major Hollywood appearance on The Amityville Horror remake. She is currently one of the top Australian expatriates within the American entertainment business. George as an entrepreneur is launching her own product Style Snaps on the market.
